4. Custom Posters

How It Works

Draftt offers a custom poster service. Here's how the process works:

• Submit your custom poster request through our website by uploading your design or reference.
• Our team will review your request and send you a quotation via email.
• Once you approve the quotation, the order will be processed separately by our team.
• If you don't hear from us within 24–36 hours, feel free to reach out at draftt.info@gmail.com.

Image Guidelines

If you upload your own artwork or image for a custom poster, it must be high-resolution, follow our recommended image ratio, and be between 0.1 MB and 100 MB in size.

Rights & Permissions

By submitting an image, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. Draftt is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues resulting from user-submitted content.

5. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed after full payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been verified.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available only for orders within the Local (Telangana) delivery zone. All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay.

6. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver across India through three shipping zones:

Processing Time

As a print-on-demand brand, each order takes up to 2 business days to process before dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery Details

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at draftt.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. Cancellation Policy

Custom Poster Orders

Cancellations for custom orders are only accepted within 3 hours of purchase.

Non-Custom Orders

Cancellations are possible until the product is shipped. Once shipped, our return/refund policy applies.

To cancel an order, contact us at draftt.info@gmail.com as soon as possible with your Order ID. Cancellations may not be possible once printing has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or our products.
