Refund Policy

At Draftt, we take pride in delivering bold, high-quality products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. After this window, production may begin and cancellation may not be possible — especially for custom poster orders.

For non-custom orders, cancellation is possible until the product has been shipped. Once shipped, the return/refund policy below applies.

To cancel your order, email us at draftt.info@gmail.com with your Order ID and registered email address.

2. Refund Eligibility

Important: Unboxing on Camera

We strongly recommend that all customers open their packages in front of a camera. Video evidence of a damaged or tampered product greatly speeds up the refund process and strengthens your claim.

Poster Orders

Quantity of 5 or fewer No refunds will be issued for poster orders with a quantity of 5 or less, regardless of the reason.
Quantity above 5 Refunds may be issued after proper inspection by our team, only if the product is found to be damaged or tampered with during transit.

All Other Products

For non-poster products (stickers, merchandise, etc.), refunds are subject to the order quantity and will only be processed if the items are confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.

To Initiate a Refund Request

Email us at draftt.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Clear images or video of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Your Order ID
  • A short description of the issue

3. Refund or Replacement

If your claim is approved after inspection, you may choose one of the following:

Refund Product cost will be refunded to your original payment method. Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement A replacement may be offered for eligible product types, subject to stock availability. Not all products qualify for replacement — our team will confirm eligibility when processing your claim.

4. Refund & Replacement Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

For eligible replacements, the new item will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval and delivered as per our standard delivery timelines.

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued If

  • The product is not damaged, incorrect, or defective
  • You fail to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • The issue arises due to personal preference or change of mind
  • The image submitted for a custom poster was of low quality or resolution, affecting print clarity
  • The poster order quantity is 5 or fewer
  • No unboxing video or photographic evidence is provided when requested
